Finding Research Based Programs
A Guide to Evidence-Based Practices on the Web is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Web page to assist the public in identifying evidence-based programs and practices that can prevent and/or treat mental and substance use disorders. A Guide to Evidence-Based Practices on the Web features 37 websites that contain information about specific evidence-based interventions or provide comprehensive reviews of research findings. The Web Guide can be used by stakeholders throughout the behavioral health field to promote awareness of current intervention research and to increase the availability and implementation of evidence-based practices.
